All prices are displayed in (£'s) sterling and we accept all major Debit/Credit cards which are processed by secure checkout partner PAYPAL. Also you can pay via Stripe where you can also pay via debit or credit card, no account is needed. Our site is SSL encrypted which means a very secure checkout
For UK customers only, we accept an uncrossed postal order
We dispatch within the UK,only at this moment, but please contact us for a postage price if you are in Europe, USA or Canada. It is the responsibility of you, the purchaser, to ensure that all orders are placed in plenty of time before the date required and to have chosen the right delivery cost
Postage is offered FREE to UK customers (Standard postage only), if wanting next day (Monday to friday) then please contact us for costs. For European and USA, Canadian buyers the postage rates are based on item weight so you will need to contact us for a quote.
ITEMS LOST IN TRANSIT
You will receive an email from us on the day of dispatch to confirm your item/s have been posted however, once your order is dispatched, delivery timescales are managed by Royal Mail and if your order does not arrive when expected please allow a day or two for any delays in transit and you may find your item/s will be with you. Please also check if your parcel has been left with a neighbour, if after checking these your order has not been located please contact us and we will conduct an investigation and where applicable send replacements.
Please notify us immediately for cancellations as we aim to dispatch the same day or the day after, so need plenty of notice for change of mind.
All products are described as accurately as possible with clear and concise information on the relevant product page. However, please note that computer screen colour settings can vary and affect the way colour and textures appear on the viewing monitor.
In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations we accept returns within 30 days of receiving the item, except for earrings which cannot be returned due to Hygiene reasons, however, should your earrings be faulty we will refund if they haven't been worn or taken out of the packaging. Items must be returned in original packaging and if applicable the tags attached & a re-saleable condition. Please note you are responsible for the return postage unless your item happens to have a defect in which case the return postage will be refunded. In any instance all intended returns must be reported to us in writing (i.e: by email) within 48 hours of receipt of your order.
